兰亭春风丰坊绘卷
丰坊，字存礼，号南禺外史，以书学著称于世。出身鄞县（今宁波），生卒年月日不详。其书风之大致，可谓腕力强劲，却又略显缺乏韵味。在艺术界中，他的作品常被评价为“五体并能”，即在绘画、书法、诗词等众多领域都有所涉猎，并达到了一定的水平。
尤其是在草书方面，丰坊展现出了非凡的造诣。他还擅长篆刻和山水画，并以此三者而闻名遐迩。但是，由于晚年的疾病影响，他在书写时也受到了一定程度的限制。
他的作品中，有《唐人诗屏》、《谦斋记卷》、《秣陵七歌册》等，其中《谦斋记》的创作时间datable back to the 27th year of the Jiajing period (1548), written in running script, now housed at Kyoto's Myocho-ji Temple. This work is notable for its thick and heavy lines, yet without appearing stiff or rigid. The strokes are executed with a combination of slowness, steadiness, and weightiness, resulting in a sharp and clear finish.
The artist paid great attention to the flow of his works, ensuring that each line flows smoothly into the next. The spacing between lines is harmonious and well-proportioned, allowing for ample room for embellishments while still presenting an expansive sense of beauty.
In summary, though lacking in certain aspects such as finesse or delicacy compared to other masters like Yan Zhenqing or Liu Gongquan who were known for their elegant brushwork style during this period. Nonetheless his artistic contributions have left lasting impressions on generations following him.
