演艺经历：
2001年，与马伟豪签约后转型为演员；11月，与杨千嬅、陈冠希等人共同主演爱情片《玉女添丁》，在片中饰演Dina。次年还凭此电影获得香港电影金像奖“最佳新人奖”的提名。
2004年4月，主演时装爱情剧《翡翠恋曲》，在剧中饰演爽朗率直、机灵活泼的梁咏思。
2005年5月，与陈豪、米雪等主演的古装喜剧《秀才遇着兵》播出，她在剧中饰演陆拾义；随后，加入BMA唱片公司；8月，发行个人首张专辑《PureNiki》，并以歌手身份出道。
之后，出版了个人作《周励淇女朋友手记》。
2006年2月，与郑嘉颖、黄宗泽领衔主演的时装剧《天幕下的恋人》播出，在剧中饰演出生于草根阶层的高逸诗；4月，发行个人专辑《TheChildWoman》，专辑中收录了包括与郑嘉颖合唱的《请讲》在内的7首歌曲。
2007年7月，出版散文集《细味心事》，书中记录了她生活的一些感受和想法。

In addition to her music career, Niki is known for her philanthropic work with organizations such as UNICEF Hong Kong and Save The Children Hong Kong.
